Cancellation Policy

TARDINESS: If Client is late to join our Zoom call or cannot be reached by phone for whatever reason, there is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the call will count as a cancellation and will not be refunded. It is Client responsibility to try and reschedule per Cancellation Policy below. There will be no guaranteed overtime if Client joined the call late. CANCELLATION: If needing to cancel a scheduled session within 24 hours of appointment, Client will not be refunded for session. However, Client may email mellowvybes@gmail.com to reschedule ONE TIME up to 2 weeks after initial scheduled appointment. If needing to cancel/reschedule a scheduled call outside of the 24 hour window, Client may do so by logging into their Member's Area of the Wix App or by email to mellowvybes.com; Subject:Rescheduling (or Canceling). Within this timeframe, Client may also receive refund for session, if so desired, less a $10 Cancellation fee via Paypal. If Practitioner needs to cancel scheduled session, the session will be rescheduled or refunded in full, at the discretion of the Client. If Client chooses to reschedule with the Practitioner, Client will also receive $10 off their next session. The aforementioned only applies if the Client has already paid their invoice or paid at time of booking. Invoices: Client will pay for sessions via invoices. The payment is due 48 hours before scheduled session. If invoice is not paid in timely manner, the appointment will be cancelled with no notice.
